This is a great box. The owners and coaches really know their stuff and will help you scale the WOD to your ability. They have invested in a bigger location (right next to their old location), added assault bikes, a climbing rope, additional rowing machines and plenty of the usual bars and weights. I specially like how they introduce new members to the "regulars", and keep the dialog upbeat and cheery. If you are looking for a new crossfit gym, this is the place. Grandpa Dave
I’ve tried to get healthy by joining other gyms and have gotten bored because I always ended up going alone. So I pretty much gave up on gyms of any sort. My wife Juanita tried CrossFit 253 once and told me how much she loved it and suggested I give it a try. When I went to my first 101 I wasn’t expecting things to be much different from my past experiences boy was I wrong. I love going to CrossFit 253 the atmosphere and the people are so much better than any regular gym.
Always love being able to go anywhere...even 3000 miles away from home and walk into a box and feel welcome by fellow crossfitters. Coaches and athletes were super friendly, helpful and motivating! Thanks for the help! God and Jesus Bless!

I had a good time with y'all at your Memorial day Murph WOD. Thanks for the challenge, encouragement, and grub to refuel with. The DJ was a nice touch, good music to pace myself to. Thanks for letting me drop in.
