Just moved to the area and decided to try out crossfit for the first time to meet new people. I am SO happy I did it! The coaches are super nice and helpful and the people are encouraging, fun, and so welcoming to newbies. Could not imagine a better crossfit experience. I am hooked!
I've done Crossfit for four years in various states and countries and this is by far one of my favorite boxes. Ryan and his coaches provide excellent feedback on technique so don't hesitate to ask for it.
