Jared the owner of CrossFit 2024 gets the job done. We with met with a few personal trainers before Jared and most were not a fit. Jared doesn’t take long to understand your goals, limits and how to stretch and push you beyond perceived limits. He knows my potential more than I do. He got me Hyrox fit, I was targeting a 1:20 and I came in under at 1:18, loved his approach which was to train with heavier weights and longer reps and distances which paid off big during race day. I can’t say enough good things about this gym and the personal training I’ve received here! When I first started, I didn’t know a thing about CrossFit or strength training. I learned quickly and felt supported every step of the way. I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made and, even more importantly, the example I’m setting for my kids. Amazing Experience! This Box is super cool. Always gives you a great workout. Coaches focus on their athletes overall health and wellbeing while pushing performance. Cant wait to be back in this Box - CrossFit 2024!
CrossFit 2024 is a place for everyone no matter their level. Jared, owner and coach really gets to know his members and their abilities. He takes the time to individually work with each for improvement whether it’s form, personal records, nutrition and an overall healthy lifestyle.
