Hi it’s Hayden I recommend CrossFit because I like going there for the work outs it is a good way to get in shape and everyone there is supper nice the trainers and kids.
I dropped in last week while visiting family, and will definitely be back. Rosette was very welcoming and informative, and I had a great workout!

I started Crossfit Huntley a few years back with a helpful push from my family who were already active members. Walking in the door overweight and out of shape was mentally tough, but I soon found a support system like no other. The staff was/is very knowledgeable and welcoming, the athletes friendly, and the workouts can be scaled to any ability level.
