Such a great experience! Coaches Rod and Diane were so welcoming and I’m so thankful for their help with scaling and attention to details. A great time for a visit and I’ll definitely be back. Check them out if you’re in town or if you’ve moved and need a new gym!
The coaches, Rod and Diane, are truly excellent — knowledgeable, encouraging, and the kind of coaches who know when to push you and when to meet you exactly where you are. This is by far my favorite crossfit gym I've ever been to. I've been to 4 different programs with many instructors. Typically, I hear that it's all types of workouts, but they end up doing 90% clean amd jerks and snatches and few calisthenics movements. Rod and the crew at CrossFit 1209 are amazing! I dropped in for a week while staying at the RV park next door. Everyone was beyond friendly, coaches were great and the facility is clean with plenty of equipment. Highly recommend dropping in or becoming a member.
