At CrossFit 1209, our mission is to offer world-class functional fitness. In particular, to those in the community who are at risk or underserved, or for whom traditional health and fitness programs are unattainable. We want to contribute to the reduction in chronic disease through education and emphasis on the benefits of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.

CrossFit 1209 literally changed my life. I’m better because I attend this gym. My health is better, I’m stronger & I am a part of the BEST community where I have found some of my life long friends. I could go on and on about Rod & how great a coach he is. He’s patient, he pushes your limits, & you do things that you didn’t think were possible. Your own personal growth is inevitable just by attending this gym. I love this place & will be a part of this gym until the end of time. Thank you, CrossFit 1209, for everything ♥️

Update 3.17.2025 Sometimes, you must step back to gather strength and rejuvenate. Last year, I took a break from the intense world of CrossFit, setting aside a few months for reflection. Yet, during this hiatus, my body seemed to have a mind of its own, refusing to embrace complete rest.
