My wife does CrossFit, however, being dual military, we tend to move around often meaning we typically gym hop. CrossFit 1209 will be a hard one to leave that’s for sure. They have made Augusta feel like home for our short time here. Highly recommend.
Moved to the Augusta area for a few short months & was just looking for a good box to keep up with training … I ended up falling in love with CrossFit 1209. They made me feel part of the family from the very first day. Great for all levels of CrossFit & the coaches are very involved & helpful.
