The instructors are great at running class and helping the new crossfitters like myself. The owners are awesome and the gym is in excellent condition.
I am new to CrossFit1124. Initially I was very intimidated since I’ve never done CrossFit. I was not sure what to expect and how I was going to keep up with the workouts. But everyone has been very helpful and encouraging since day one from the coaches to the community. The coaches do an outstanding job explaining the workout movements. *cue inspirational music* I joined 11:24 in the fall of 2021. I had been to many CrossFit gyms prior to that, but this gym stands above them all. Not only are the facilities top of the line (amazing equipment, air conditioning, the cool brick wall, stall four), but it has world class coaches who push me and the other members to be better athletes and better humans on a daily basis.
