Amazing group and excellent owner
I turned to CrossFit 1010 about 3-4 months after being stuck in a rut both physically and mentally and wanting to try something different to the ‘run of the mill’ gym. I have signed up to gyms in the past and eventually lost interest due to lack of structure and knowledge of what to do and even if I was doing it correctly but CrossFit 1010 was different. Every class consists of me deciphering what I think I can do and Aaron gently encouraging me that i can achieve more than what i believed i could, because of this I leave every class buzzing and with even more confidence because of what I achieved. If that's not a sign of a fantastic coach, being able to identify someone's limits past what they knew they had in them, I dont know what is.
