I was recommended to try CrossFit for the first time by a close friend who attends 061, and it was during one of the hardest periods of my personal life. It was exactly what I needed, I felt welcomed, inspired and accepted. It had pushed me to believe in myself even more and to test my limits. The coaching is great and Tim does a great job making sure that all members feel welcomed, safe, and confident. I cannot recommend this enough, truly life changing beyond the physicality.
Don't walk, run to this Crossfit gym if you want to be apart of a community where you will experience the best coaches around who will help you achieve your next fitness goals, and a place where you will meet some amazing people! :)

This place completely changed my life two years ago. I walked into 061 not having any CrossFit experience, and I never looked back. I was warmly welcomed and never felt like an outsider. The coaches are top tier, and they are so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I can’t imagine ever being at another gym. CrossFit is for everyone and 061 accommodates every skill level. Come join our CrossFit family at 061!!!
Took me a while to believe my husband that this would be the place for me but after my first week I was addicted. I was not in shape at all. And now almost a year later I can tell you there is a major difference in my overall health because of CrossFit (and I can do movements I never thought possible). The coaches are all amazing and helped me learn all the movements I did not understand and were there to help me scale appropriately so I not only stayed healthy but felt like I was winning!!!
