Love crossfit 061! The coaches provide excellent motivation,knowledge, and encouragement to members. I have gained strength and endurance through the classes that has directly transferred to my physical fitness and performance for my military duties.
I’ve never been to a gym like this. I was 365lbs I’ve lost the weight but I was scared to try CrossFit or anything like that. Still living in my own head I guess. I met a member of CrossFit 061 who highly recommend I try it. And I’m super glad I did. Tim was very nice and helpful as I tried to keep up and understand everything. I didn’t feel pressure to work till I puke. It was very easy to try and I will be a member going forward.
I was recommended to try CrossFit for the first time by a close friend who attends 061, and it was during one of the hardest periods of my personal life. It was exactly what I needed, I felt welcomed, inspired and accepted. It had pushed me to believe in myself even more and to test my limits. The coaching is great and Tim does a great job making sure that all members feel welcomed, safe, and confident. I cannot recommend this enough, truly life changing beyond the physicality.
Don't walk, run to this Crossfit gym if you want to be apart of a community where you will experience the best coaches around who will help you achieve your next fitness goals, and a place where you will meet some amazing people! :)
