We sent a magneto to Crossfire Magneto over 2.5 months ago for warranty work and have had a very difficult time getting any communication since. Calls have gone unanswered, and I was only able to get a response once via email and briefly through WhatsApp. At this point, we have not received any updates on the status of our unit, and all lines of communication appear to have gone silent. It is unclear whether the business is still actively operating. I do not recommend sending anything to them at this time.

I have used Crossfire 3 times now. Each time has been a excellent experience. They have great communication, service and turn around time. I find there pricing to be reasonable and a excellent value when coupled with turn around time. They get me back in the air quickly. Thankyou to the Crossfire team
I have been trying to contact them multiple times on an update with my parts I sent in for the path month. I have emailed and called multiple times with no answer. Do not sent your parts to them
Dropped off two slick mags with less than 600 hours since new, requested a 500 hour maintenance on one in exchange for the shop keeping the second magneto. Both mags were working when removed for an electronic ignition upgrade. I was assured 5 times that was acceptable. Shop contacted me saying I would have to pay over $700 for the inspection of one and the cost of repairs on the magneto they were to keep in exchange for the 500 hour.
