CrossCreek T/A Victory Gardens is an okay place to live. If youre looking for fairly cheap rent but still feel safe, this is an option. As with everything else in life, there are some things wrong with the complex. There are quite a bit I could name but mainly, I called in 2 work orders and they were NEVER fixed ( I stayed there a year). Rent is due by the 5th, so by the 12th you WILL receive a summons to court. So if you run into financial troubles, this can be the pits!
