I wish I could give them no stars . As a first time home buyer I was lost but I had a awesome realtor that made this nightmare of a mortgage company better. What they did should be illegal are at least they should half to come up with all the money and time I waisted. I started the fha loan process on August 21st 2021 and found a house I liked under my pre approval amount I was approved for 325,000 and the house was 284,000.
