Had no problem with loan process, but later when a tax error arose effecting escrow shortage cross country did nothing to try and correct problem I got the tax problem corrected and then asked how and when I will recieve the now 3000.00 overage in escrow back. 6 calls in 1 day no answers. Not a matter of poor cust service...There is no cust service. Avoid Cross Country at all costs!
