If I could give a zero I would. I was medically retired 100% disabled Veteran. I was entered in the lost mitigation due to taking a 50% pay cut once I was retired. They worked with me but anytime I call and had a question nobody could give me an answer. Since June I call weekly and get completely different answers or just attitudes. Not the worst mortgage company, not the greatest. Anytime I've called they have been professional and prompt. My complaint is that some things that I prefer to have a physical document for record keeping (escrow shortage payments, etc.) are not available and all I have is online records and confirmation numbers.
