Carl D is amazing, but the loan company itself... can't say as much. But definitely talk to Carl he was super fast and straight to the point.
The absolute worst automated customer service line I have ever dealt with. Nearly impossible to get to a representative.
We sought refinancing with this company during a period of financial difficulty following the post-pandemic price increases. We were advised to withhold last month's payment due to anticipated adjustments. Unfortunately, the refinancing process took longer than expected, leading to a report of non-payment on our credit record. As a result, we are now facing eviction, and despite our efforts, we have not received sufficient assistance from their team to resolve this matter.
Chad Fuller at Cross Country Mortgage was fantastic to work with! We were first time homebuyers with SO many questions and Chad promptly answered every question and addressed every concern patiently, even if it was the 4th time I was asking. He was very clear with what documentation he needed from us and how we could obtain it all. Chad was always thinking and planning one step ahead so we had no sudden unexpected issues.
