My experience with Mr. Jonathan Williams was Top Tier… Over the top phenomenal. From start to finish line I had a smile on my face because Mr. J made sure he helped me every step of the way. The absolute worst automated customer service line I have ever dealt with. Nearly impossible to get to a representative.
We sought refinancing with this company during a period of financial difficulty following the post-pandemic price increases. We were advised to withhold last month's payment due to anticipated adjustments. Unfortunately, the refinancing process took longer than expected, leading to a report of non-payment on our credit record. As a result, we are now facing eviction, and despite our efforts, we have not received sufficient assistance from their team to resolve this matter.
