Not run efficiently what so ever.
I was constantly forgotten, rescheduled, n strung along for four months. This is a terrible time to turn down clients...
The whole team at Crosscountry Mortage is fantastic! Everyone is very friendly, they are quick to respond and will go above and beyond any other mortgage company or bank! My husband is self-employed witch made things slightly more complicated, they were incredible with the weekly communication and throughout the whole process! Bryan and Team work hard to make sure your mortgage process is as easy as possible! I would highly recommend Bryan and his team!
This is how it should ALWAYS be. Bryan and his team are your personal shoppers for your mortgage. Couldn't have been easier or less intimidating. You can even do half the process from your couch in your underwear (I did) and their office has flexible hours when needed. If I ever need a mortgage again I would only consider Bryan and his super accommodating staff. Thanks Heather and Paige!
