Subcontractor worked with Crosscomm for years some payments were a bit held up only by process however they always paid me and in this crazy fast paced market we are not on payroll so suck it up. Get your deliverables complete stay onsite check in and out correctly and you will get paid.
Have been direct for many years. Resolved tickets all the time. Beware of Interface. Had a level 2 shrew female cancel my ticket 3.5 hours in on a emergency rate Saturday. I hear from Crosscom retentiin a bunch of techs were pissed at this lady, refusing her aggressive in your face hostility. They don't pay their contractors and Field Nation Techs need to start putting liens and start contacting their customers!
The Crosscomm company unprofessional, they have no idea what is business communication ethics, ignoring service providers to resolve issues that they did and rates negatively premium class work. Editing to respond to response: Fake corporate bla bla bla, which confirms the above, If you were professionals and not hucksters, you would personally sort out the problem, And so everything is clear with you, you are hopeless.
