I had really bad luck hiring Agent Eric Chang to be my Property Manager for 2 properties I own. He would hire handymen/contractors/whoever for repairs without quotes/estimates in the beginning and without my consent and would break parts of the agreement we made when I hired him to be my Property Manager.
