I will never work with Ray ever again. Super disrespectful , he ignored me and stopped responding to me. He gave me very low appraisal, way lower than market value, and i took time out of my day to find him accurate comps that should increase the value of my prop, after i sent him the comps he stopped responding and couldn’t justify why he gave me such low appraisal. A recent quote for a drive by appraisal was 45 percent more expensive here, as compared to a full appraisal report from another appraisal company. I was quite surprised at the huge difference !
