After a stressful morning and air leaking FAST out of my back tire with kiddos in my car, Walmart just turned me away, went to the Ford dealership and was at least nice enough to refer me to Cross Tire since the hole was too close to the side wall and they didn’t have the equipment to fix. I walked in and told them my situation and they took me STRAIGHT back. My kids and I didn’t even have to leave the car and they patched my tire and I was in and out in twenty minutes! Best place in town for suspension work. Kaleb Cross is very good at front end alignment, lift kits, and general repair on suspension. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff on hand for your tire needs.
Best customer service around!! I pull up at least every other week with a tire issue cause that’s just my life lol and they always jump to help. Just replaced all the truck and horse trailer tires, and they fixed my spare tire rack just because! Thanks guys for always going the extra mile...see you in a few weeks when I get a flat 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
They care for their customers ! and they dont charge for tire repairs of you bought your tires there. I highly recommend Cross Tire & Automotive !
