I was charged $85 for a 2 minute visit to refill a known prescription.
First, I was asked the same set of three questions no less than four times in a row by the SAME person. Second, as I’m trying to tell the doctor my concerns he’s got 1 foot out the door. He wanted me to come back again for a hearing test. Which had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there. Third, not one glove was put on. Finally, as a cash paying customer who signed multiple papers stating that I was to pay for all services rendered at the time of service they sent me a bill.
Dr Shellenberger is the best and his staff is always so kind and helpful
Girls at front desk were nice. Medical assistant was unprofessional. She didn't tell me what was happening. I waited in the room for over an hour and she walked back in and said, "umm you're good to go." I was like "the doctor never saw me, I don't know what's wrong with my ear. " She said, "oh, you want to see the doctor?" I waited even longer. They said they didn't see anything wrong. And I can't hear out of my left ear.
Very clean, nice size rooms, front desk has awesome customer service. Look forward to working with them if needed.
