My experience with Dr. Hong was amazing , deserving of a full five-stars. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a wonderfully positive and comfortable environment. The dental treatment plan was clearly explained, and I felt fully informed and at ease throughout the process. I have severe dental anxiety. I have had it for years. I was put at ease immediately by the scheduler, hygienist and then the dentist. I had wanted a new crown for a front tooth for over twenty years, but that experience was horrible so I never had it done until today. The hygienist and dentist work well together and project extreme confidence and that put me at ease. Their practice has the most current equipment too. I would highly recommend this dental office. Very, very happy with the construction of my new tooth.
Dr Inhwan Hong is such a wonderful caring and skilled dentist. He does excellent work at all times and you feel so comfortable while he’s working while he’s working on your tooth or teeth. Most of all you feel no pain and he’s always make sure you’re comfortable while sitting in his chair. First time appointment with Cross Street Family Dentistry and have to say my experience was excellent.. starting with Jessica, Office Mgr and the Dental Assistant (sorry can't remember name...but so wonderful) and Dr Hong who is the type of dentist/person I feel comfortable with. His manner and approach and time spent explaining my complex dental issues left me knowing I was in competent hands.
