I have been going to Cross St Family Dentistry for a little over 6 months. I have had a nightmare with one of my crowns that needed to be replaced in less than a year (Dr.Hong did not originally place this crown). I have never been to a dentist in my 27 years in which I’ve so cared for and respected. They are very inexpensive and compassionate from the front of the house to the back. I originally really liked this practice when I was ignorant to the dental world and dental insurance/prior authorizations… that changed after working for a high end dental practice and learning the industry… I was first told they didn’t accept my insurance but would take my sons due to his age… while I was there at one point for my sons appointment maybe a year later, the office manager who is very nice inquired about my dental cleanings and established care and looked beyond puzzled when I told her I was informed they didn’... read more
