You're more than just a customer – I emailed them asking if they had ever heard of a particular cross stitch chart. That was on Sat before MLK day (I knew they would be closed that Mon) On Tues am I got a call from them. Not only did they hear of it, but they were willing to order it for me. They are warm, caring people who respect their customers, which is very rare. Thank you. :)
Include this in your vacation plans. – These folks are great! They have a LOT of charts from new to vintage, lots of cut fabrics, great selection of accessories, and great customer service. They were very responsive to my requests and were very patient with my requests to see all the different beige fabrics! Excellent!
