This is the nightmare. This is not moving company, it is the company that find the moving company for you. We dont know what kind of company that they will sent to us. I did use this company and they sent us the worst company that exist in this country. They took 3 month for delivery our stuff and most of them damage. We did lost entries entertainment system. The claim insurance wont help us anything. Please do not consider this company.
Misleading and poor communication! I am extremely unhappy with this company. When I got a quote from David Miller I was lead to believe my delivery would be within 10 days of pickup. Their quick ship time was the reason I went with them. Here I am at day 14 without even an estimated delivery date, which is a huge problem as I traveled with caged pets and their cages are the bulk of my shipment. I don’t want to even give them one star. Waited until last minutes to bring us our things (on the 29th day), broke SEVERAL pieces of furniture (bed, 3 chairs, kitchen table, 2 couches, 5 picture frames, 3 mirrors, 2 lamps, shattered bulbs, kitchen items, etc), they even STOLE some of my mom’s expensive and sentimental rings.
