Have lived here little over 3 years will be 4 years in April. Complex has been improving with the new maintenance man and Michelle as manager. Michelle cares about the tenants and addresses any issues pretty quickly. Current maintenance man does a good job and makes sure its any work orders are completed the right way. Hes the best maintenance man weve had out of recent ones. Currently in middle of renovations so its a bit busy but end result will be good!
