I enjoyed seeing and meeting new residents..I worked in both the kitchen and housekeeping and i learnt reall quick "dont tell your problems to your supervisors they will go and tell one another if i wanted the other one to know it i would had told it myself ..further more after i resighned from the kitchen on good terms months later my supervisor came to me and asked me if i wanted extra hours i said yes knowing i needed them she gave me one of those days and gave the other one to someone else very wishy washy
I moved from Charlotte, NC, into an independent apartment at Cross Road Retirement Community 16 months ago to be close to family and thank God for leading me here. Living in a Christian community is the best place anyone could live. The administrators and staff are so willing to help in any situation. It is like living in a big family setting. Cross Road is the best place with the best staff, activities, and environment to meet the care needs of individuals who may need assistance. My grandmother, uncle, mother-in-law, and several friends have been residents at Cross Road Retirement Community. I highly recommend it as a great place to work, visit, or live.
Cross Road is the best place to work and for seniors to be if they can't be home by themselves. Excellent care. Always will go the extra mile. Thankful my mama was there!
