Bob is a knowledgable, straightforward mechanic. I was referred to him by another mechanic in the area, and Bob got my car in within 2 days. He looked at everything he could and updated me on what he thought the problem was. He gave me a call 2 weeks later to come back in for him to test and replace the part. It wasn't an emergency fix, so this was an acceptable timeline. He let me watch over his shoulder and ask questions as he worked. Bob is very down to earth, knowledgeable and an all around great guy. I'll be going back for years to come.
My car needed A/C repairs two years ago and I took it to Cross. The repair turned out to be more complicated than originally thought and required removing a lot of components from the engine compartment to access the parts. Even with it taking an entire extra day of work, Mr. Cross only charged us the original price that he quoted. We just sold the car and the A/C was still working beautifully two years later. I highly recommend Cross Radiator and A/C.
