A home where peace, safety and cleanliness are top priority. Pleasant staff and an efficient maintenance team.
I have lived here for four years. Maintenance crew is very friendly and respond fast to all work orders. The front office staff does change often but are always nice. They have a nice pool but weekends and summer nights people tend to through parties and take over the pool. Sometimes the gates are broken and make it an easy target got cats to get broken into. And rent I personally feel is overpriced like everywhere in California.
You will know if you want to live in a place or not by the first person you encounter. I was sold when I met Miss Aurielle Williams and she made the decision way more easier from the first word she spoke, easy going and she knew her stuff it would be a tragedy if the company lost her she is that good. the reality is backed up when you drive through the gates and see the well planned neighborhood neat, well organized, nice pool area safe place for the kids, its a mini town in a city surrounded by all the major stores and rest... read more
When I lived here I felt at home. Spacious floor plan with a fireplace not many apartments have a fireplace and an attached garage... it really felt like I lived in a house but with way better amenities! The pools were always clean, the community bbq area was set up at the perfect angle/distance to cook and still be with the family! We always felt welcome in the office by Kevin! He was always so helpful and knew exactly how to handle any situation!
