Around noon on a Friday I realized I a had water leak in my spare bedroom. I had 4 couples coming to my home for dinner at 6. A neighbor gave me Cross Plumbing's number. Within an hour of calling, Mike Cross was at my home located in south orange county. Within two hours the leak was found, capped off at the bedroom, the rest of the house had water and the dinner party went on without a hitch. Mike was very prompt about the service call despite it being 11 at night. He showed me why the attempt I was making wasn't working. A very personable and professional individual. Trust me when I say professional, I'm a Marine. We know professional. It was extremely simple, I just couldn't figure out how to keep water away from the joint I was trying to solder. I had Cross plumbing come out and install sinks in all my bathrooms, Mike did an unbelievable job. Mike did quality work and was really reasonable with the price. The Cross plumbing team was very professional from my initial call to schedule an estimate to the time they finished the job. I would recommend Cross Plumbing to anyone that is looking for quality work and that wants to deal with true professionals.

Great plumber, nice guy, fantastic service. Mike came out on a Sunday and handled an emergency situation for me and helped with a few other plumbing issues. He did a great job and will definitely be my plumber for all future issues. It's great to find someone you can trust, who will be honest with you, and does superb work. I definately recommend Cross Plumbing!
