Very impressed by this Jewellry store ! Wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for , but the staff assited me picking out the perfect necklace! Made the process so easy too . Would recommend them to anyone! If your in the whitecourt area and looking for the one of best Jewelry stores around..go there ! You won't be disappointed!

poor customer service… no one seems to know what’s going on, was promised free resizing of a ring, which ended up not being the case. Slow or no return of my texts / phone calls. Overall very poor experience. We will be going elsewhere in the future.

Highly recommend this jewellery store. The customer service was excellent. I got an item sent out and it came back very quickly. The work was very nice and it came back cleaner and shinier than it has been in a while; even though I have had it "professionally cleaned" elsewhere. Very happy with my experience.
