Went to Elaine not really knowing what I was expecting, and let me say she exceeded any and all expectations. Within' the first session I could feel certain pain spots melting away, she brought a breath of fresh air into my spirit. I have only done two sessions and am already feeling less fatigued, more in my body and certain sore spots are not as relevant. I can't wait to continue to work with her and become my best self. 10/10 reccomend anyone to see Elaine, she is incredible!

Elaine is a miracle worker. Been a few times now and everytime I feel better and better. Less aches and pains and more mobility. Definitely recommend her!
I came to Wiiliams Lake for school...after all the sitting in class I needed some back relief...I found Cross Method online and had never had an Osteopathic massage before. Elaine was amazing...how she explained what she was doing and the comfort and relief I felt after!!!..I highly recommend you see Elaine she makes you feel right at home and is incredible in what she does!!
