My experience renting from Cross was very pleasant. I only had one repair that needed fixing the 3 years I was there and that was a frozen/busted pipe. Cross contracted someone to fix it and I was very pleased. I paid my rent on time and it was no issues when I moved on to have my deposit returned, if I didn’t get a new job in Norfolk, I probably would still be renting there in Suffolk. - Happy Tenant 😀
I wish I could give 0 stars! The doors at the Kilby Shore apartment's are paper thin, a beaded doorway would provide more protection. My car was vandalized, I call the front office & some airhead answered & happily informed me that the security cameras are fake The doorknob to the building breaks once a month so can’t get in or out unless my boyfriend fixes it. The railing inside has been broken. I hope you believe & God, pray you don’t fall because the floor is slippery as hell & dirty all the time. Apply now!
