The staff in the office and Dr Kopp are usually great. The receptionists and nurses are polite and helpful, no bad attitude. Dr. Kopp takes his time with his patients, and listens and takes action. But I saw Darlene Dinapoli (NP) a few times instead, and she straight up suuux. Very judgmental, even threatening to tattle to a specialist about me not meeting my goals and just generally belittling me. Outstanding responsiveness and honest, caring, medical professionals. Was referred to Dr. Howard and Brittany and have been DELIGHTED with the way things are going. With the messaging platform, we're able to get responses timely and communicate remotely. Upon coming in for a visit it was clear how well the facility is managed - even with COVID, the experience was exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Kopp seemed to have genuine difficulty understanding a letter from another Physician (neurologist). I was forced to have the other physician explain to him what tests were needed and the ramifications of the condition we were testing for. He seem to be either too embarrassed or too arrogant to contact the physician himself. I would not recommend him to anyone who cannot advocate for themselves.
