I really like my Doctor - He's honest, upfront and personable!
The staff in the office and Dr Kopp are usually great. The receptionists and nurses are polite and helpful, no bad attitude. Dr. Kopp takes his time with his patients, and listens and takes action. But I saw Darlene Dinapoli (NP) a few times instead, and she straight up suuux. Very judgmental, even threatening to tattle to a specialist about me not meeting my goals and just generally belittling me.
