At one time I would have given them 5 out of 5 stars but sadly after this weekend 09/24/2022 I truly can not - I was advised to call them at 8:30 am in the morning due to my furbaby being sick - but when I called I was meet with a snarky girl who basically told me NO we are too business and more or less your pet is not sick enough to be seen today you can take him to pet check - of course I did that but only find out that to the pet check in was not open on weekends and I had to wait another 24 hours before I could get my Z... read more
Great vets and their prices aren't cheap but they also aren't the most expensive . Only thing is the secretary definetly needs to work on her people skills.
I have been coming here for the past ten years and absolutely love Dr. Masso and staff. Everyone here is so compassionate and knowledgeable. They are not only are experts in their feild but have the biggest hearts for our fur babies and thier humans. The front desk staff and techs are the best and treat us as family. My little itty bitty and myself are lucky and grateful to have such a wonderful team taking care of us. I highly recommend CrossKeys Animal Hospital for your babies care.
Took my pup there on Monday. Had the worst vet ever. Clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't diagnose the problem and gave Rx that has turned my pup crazy. Will NOT be going back to him ever again!
GO HERE!! GREAT EXPERTISE, PRICES AND GREAT SERVICE!! Dr. Wilson, did a delicate pyrometra infection of uterus surgery on my dog and saved her life. She was careful not to rupture the hugh infected tubes that were filled with poison. She is an expert surgeon and I would recommend trusting her with your pets. I will only use her for surgeries because I know her work now. Their prices are reasonable and worth not going down the street to rip off vets. What a mess The prices here are lower than most and we thought it was because the doctors cared. Not the case. It was all they were worth. What a mistake we made. They misdiagnosed sweveral of our pets and we had enough and left for another clinic. The other clinic was more expensive but the knowledge of the vets there was far above. Just goes to show you that when someone says you get what you pay for it is said for a reason. You cant put a price on great care for your pet.
We love Dr. Masso!! I had to write a review after reading that bad review. i have been nothing but happy with Cross keys. Dr. Masso treats my pets like they are children. And the office staff is genuine. I have called Dr. Masso in a panic when my dog ate chicken bones. she turned out to be fine, but i found out from a mutual friend that she actually called into the office later to find out if my dog was alright!! They definitely care about animals.
A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I have been using Cross Keys since the day they opened. Two of the dr.'s there use to work at a vets I use to go to and when they opened up their own vet pratice I followed them because they were so good. You want a vet that understands how important your animals are to you and care about them just as much as you do and you will find that at cross keys.
