Liza was great but the apartments are not
I am new to lexington and this property was Amazing not only the price but everything they offer, onsite laundry and dog park is my favorite! Alicia was very sweet and truly took time to help me with my application and my situation! Office is a great envíronment since the moment you walk in , un like other offices in town !! Im looking forward to move in !!
The New property management team has done great changes to the property ! I got a great deal on a renovated unit and the leasing process was so smooth! Office staff was super friendly !!
Very communicative and transparent. Moving is stressful in general but Alicia did an amazing job at making the transition as smooth as possible. Unit is nice and clean.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. First of year not notified of change of owners. Of course after the holidays (I'm glad I was walking towards that way that day cuz we would've never known). No more flex to pay half rent and half at end of month. Now this horrible place has no one In the office. Not to mention the fact that Alicia is no help She promised blinds and other things 2 years here never got anything.
