My experience with Sky Settlement Services was awesome!! Ask for Terry Forte to settle your closing. Terry is wonderful, she makes closing feel more like having coffee with a friend. Terry explains everything so that you know exactly what you're signing. Closing was accurate and fast. Just follow Terry's instructions and you will be extremely satisfied.
The company is great! The entire team is on top of things throughout the closing process. They follow up constantly to make sure that all documents are provided on time. They always make sure that title is clear to close before settlement day to prevent problems with buyers or sellers after settlement. The settlement closer, Terry Forte is the best of the best.
