Needs to redesign his customer service and go back to school and learn about calling people back and not showing up when you don’t expect him. Told us he was going to fix a small problem will drop,piece off tommorrow and now it’s been 3 weeks still waiting and doesn’t respond when you call. The only time he comes is when he wants to get paid, once the money is in his pocket your done with him and will never see him again. Very bad customer service. He deserves a O star if that’s a rating.
Ive been using them for 4 years for winterizing my sprinkler system. 1st year came as soon as I called them, every year after, came when it was only convenient to Phil. Last winter we had snow before he came to shut off the sprinklers. He installed a back flow 2 years ago and it has been dripping for a months. Phil told me he was too busy and to just shut off the water. Thats fine for a day but not a month. I have called and emailed him and I dont even get a response. Not even worth one star. Unreliable, did more damage to my house. blewout my basement windows instead of my sprinklers. Stay away.
Great company, thank you for your help and saving money for me.
Worst company you can ever do business with. Doesn't show up for appointments to fix problems with his own install. Doesn't return calls. Take your business elsewhere.
Unreliable. Called for 8 weeks. Makes appointments on 3 separate occasions, doesn't show up. Doesn't return phone calls. Would never use again
