This company was Grange Insurance initially, and changed to Cross Insurance later. I set this plan up initially and things were great. Have been with them for many years. Recently I went through a long divorce, and Cross Insurance has been nothing but problems, specifically Sheryl Pratt. I have had several vehicles, a trailer, a business account, and a home owners policy from them. Sheryl canceled me off of the account when I moved out of my house due to the divorce.
