Definitely the company you want to use! Cross has been my go to HVAC since I moved to Sylvania over 8 years ago. Very professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough and honest… I could go on and on. I’ve had this experience every time I’ve connected with them. Oh, and if you can get Tucker he is the best!

They installed my grandmother’s new furnace, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. I can’t recommend Cross highly enough — easily one of the best companies in the Greater Toledo area.
From the techs to the office everyone is always friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable, they will leave the area cleaner than when they got there. Highly recommended!
