From the techs to the office everyone is always friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable, they will leave the area cleaner than when they got there. Highly recommended!

When you call to schedule an appointment, Tiesha gathers the information about your situation in a professional and personable manner. She then lets you know when the technician, Tucker, is on his way. Tucker has always demonstrated his skills as a HVAC expert while exuding a very personable demeanor. I strongly recommend the services provided by Cross Heating and Cooling.
Cross Heating sent one of their technicians, a young man named Tucker, to replace the draft inducer blower which had developed a squeal. With winter on the way, I was not taking any chances. To my surprise, Cross told me that the blower was a warranted item. I did, however, had to pay a reasonable labor charge for the install. No problem there.
