Was told my original unit was bad and needed to be replaced. Then after spending over 5,000 on a Goodman brand new unit at the end of the very first summer ran out of freeon. They kept telling me there was a leak and different techs said they found it, but each year like clock work needed freeon. I was told not to worry about it, they didn't mind filling up with freeon every year to be patient with them. 28 years ago, Bob Cross fixed our ac unit in our first home when everyone else told us to replace it! 5 homes and 28 years later, he's still our "go to" man for all our AC needs!

RecommendedShout out to Bobby Cross and his crew! Called this morning about my air and they were there in no time! Great service from them for the past 15 years!
We have had Bobby and his team replace our water heater and our downstairs heating/ac unit. Very knowledgeable guys. They clean up after all the work is done, curteous!! We had a gas leak today and Bobby himself came to fix it. I can't say enough good about them.
Very knowledgeable and courteous technicians. They take time to educate customers which is very helpful. Reasonable rates and charges too.
