He arrived on time and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Without any test equipment he advised me that the heat exchanger in the furnace was bad and I needed a new furnace. I called another company that had the test equipment to do a thorough inspection. They advised me that the exchanger was fine and that I did not need a new furnace. I will not use Cross Heating and Cooling again.
I call them and got an appointment for that same morning. They arrived on time and did a good professional job. I will call them the next time I need air conditioner sork done.
He was early to job and very quick and efficient

He arrived @ 2 hours after I talked to him and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He advised that it was probable I would have to replace it soon. I would call him again.
They were friendly and honest. Did a wonderful job of fixing our a/c quickly and with fair pricing!
