Had a new heat pump installed this spring to replace an old A/C and furnace. It's been doing a great job keeping my house cool this summer. Everyone at Cross was great to deal with from the 1st call right through to the install day. Very impressed with the organization, service, and friendliness of all the staff. Thanks to the Cross team!!! Both our Furnace and AC kicked the bucket this year, they came out, assessed the issues, gave us reasonable quotes with multiple options to suit any budget.
