Great experience all around. Our furnace died and after service call we decided to replace. Very professional thorough and helpful sales presentation was made and very courteous and professional crew came to install. Fantastic warranty on parts and Labour, great gal in the office. No one wants to replace the furnace but if you need to Cross is the place to go!
We've been without AC for 2 summers and last week, the furnace went. Tom came out within 2 days, was very professional and gave great options. We had Sam and Tyler out to install the next week. They were great, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. An overall wonderful experience.
