The crew arrived the first day to remove and put the new furnace and water heater in place. Arrived on time and explained the process. Sam and Tyler returned the second day to hook everything up and install the air conditioner. Again they arrived when they said they would. Very friendly and polite and explained everything they were going to do and showed us how the complete system worked. They cleaned up everything before leaving even vacuuming when done. I can honestly say that the I was very impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. The whole team at Cross were great. The installation team of Owen &Doug were great. They did fantastic job. They also took me through the whole process of installation and answering all my questions. All I can say this was the best customer service I've ever experienced.
