Dreadful. Can never get through. Useless triage system. Listen to a never ending recorded message to then be told your position in a quest before it then cuts you off. How re you going to move up the que if you are cut off. Makes my blood boil. Received a letter stating they had been trying to get hold of me, even though I have zero missed calls and have had the same number for 28 years. Normal to wait on phone for 30 minutes plus then cut you off
Unlike others I had no problems with staff what I did have a problem with is waiting over a hour to been seen in a packed waiting room in a surgery that isn't my closest because for some unknown reason they like to join surgery's together and make you travel to a much busier practice that isn't your closest. And they want a pay rise you earn a pay rise hat money should be spent sorting out the NHS not overpaying for a job done terribly
Haven’t seen a Dr for over year because I want a face to face appointment. My health is deteriorating as a result. Consultant has even requested that I be seen. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. The new partnership left the good Dr go. There’s no female Dr there and no Welsh speaker there anymore.
