Awful since merging with Tumble surgery. Turned away a 69 year old with a chronic lifelong illness as he was 5 mins late for appointment. Waited at desk for another 5 mins as receptionist was not present. Resulted in checking in even later. Waited in seated area to then be told he couldn't be seen due to lateness. The patient after had taken his timeslot but where was this patients timeslot? Was told that the nurse had to pick her children up from school later too. Dreadful. Can never get through. Useless triage system. Listen to a never ending recorded message to then be told your position in a quest before it then cuts you off. How re you going to move up the que if you are cut off. Makes my blood boil. Received a letter stating they had been trying to get hold of me, even though I have zero missed calls and have had the same number for 28 years. Nobody can tell me why they need to speak to me as I apparently need to speak with the doctor but can’t get through the triage system. They... read more
Normal to wait on phone for 30 minutes plus then cut you off
Unlike others I had no problems with staff what I did have a problem with is waiting over a hour to been seen in a packed waiting room in a surgery that isn't my closest because for some unknown reason they like to join surgery's together and make you travel to a much busier practice that isn't your closest. And they want a pay rise you earn a pay rise hat money should be spent sorting out the NHS not overpaying for a job done terribly
