This morning I stopped by because I had a low pressure warning on my dash. They checked my tire and there was a large nail in the sidewall. No worries though - they put a new tire on in about 15 minutes and I was back on the road. This is why we always take our vehicles to Cross Gates Firestone - their customer service is second to none!
Thank you for taking the time today to check my tires. My tire caution light came on so I stopped by. Ending up being a low spare. And this is why I buy my tires from Firestone!
I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change. Since this business is so close to my home, I took my vehicle there for an oil change & tire balance & rotation. They found a minor issue & instead of trying to sell me anything, they were honest & told me what to look for, but don’t worry. I will go back..great customer service!
