Seriously the best gym, not only for the workouts but even more for the people. My husband and I have been members for almost 10 years. Been going to CrossFit Rocksolid and honestly it’s been a great experience. The coaches know what they’re doing and take the time to help everyone, no matter your fitness level. They push you, but also make sure you’re moving safely and with good form. The workouts are tough in a good way and can be adjusted for anyone, whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years. CrossFit Rocksolid is hands down one of the best gyms I've ever been part of. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve no matter your fitness level.
