I have been going for 20 weeks now, 3 times a week. I started with the intro classes (highly recommend). And I absolutely love it! I feel so much better after being inactive for over a year, stressed from work and overall completely out off shape! Everyone here is so nice! You work at YOUR level and skill, the coaches really watch you to make sure you are doing the workouts correctly so not to get hurt, I'm doing exercises I never thought I could (like a push up! Awesome place! I’ve only been coming here for about 2 months, but I’ve already noticed big improvements in both my strength and mobility. The coaches are awesome, the community is super welcoming, and the facility is great. The workouts are really challenging but the coaches do a great job offering scaling options for beginners. Really glad I joined!
