Coach Naomi is awesome. She motivated me so much. The class i tried was incredible. Would recommend to anyone :)
I absolutely loved it. Naomi listened to my concerns about my injuries had me modify as needed, and I still feel like I had an amazing workout. Looking forward to the next one.
I love Black Goat! The community that I have built through this CrossFit gym, in such a short time, has been amazing.
