I have been attending One Shot for only a couple of weeks, just beginning my fitness journey, and so far, I am incredibly impressed. My 'No Sweat Intro' with the owner, had me feeling excited and ready to take on this new challenge. She made me feel welcomed and understood. Great gym and community. Consistent class schedule so there’s no excuse to not make it in. Coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, helping you get the most out of each workout whether you are a longtime fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey. Great workouts for everyone.
I walked into One Shot late “middle aged” and had never attempted Cross fit style workouts before. More then a decade of life, marriage and kids dismissed me from being a gym regular. Courtney and her team of trainers/coaches walked me through the basics of the day to day. I think my favorite part of the gym is were all at different levels and even at different phases of life. However this gym is for everyone. Any age, any ability- they will get you there and at YOUR pace.
I can’t say enough good things about One Shot! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable offering guidance on form and technique. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, they meet you where you’re at and help you progress safely and effectively. The workouts are well-structured, challenging, and deliver great results.
