I was in town for the weekend and dropped in for a great experience! This is an old-school CrossFit affiliate with friendly athletes, helpful coaching, challenging programming, and the facility has the feel of an OG CrossFit box. Anytime I am in Bowling Green I will be dropping in here
I've had the privilege to drop in to CrossFit Old School completing the Open workouts with Erin and her crew for the past two(2) years. I can't say enough about their professionalism, support, and kindness. They make it very easy to feel like a part of this community even though you only see them for one (1) month of the year. Highly recommend.

THE BEST CROSSFIT COACHING AND FAMILY CAN BE FOUND HERE!!!! My husband and I spent a week vacationing in Bowling Green and decided to drop into Cross Fit Old School. Best decision ever. Erin, her team, and the members were super welcoming and made us feel right at home. I was very impressed with the layout of the facility and the awesome programming. Dropped in while visiting family, and felt like I left with more family than I started. Everyone was SO friendly-I've never felt more welcome as a drop-in. Nicely done, guys!! See y'all the next time I'm in town.
