A great gym with a family atmosphere. The energy can't be beat and the community you build is fantastic. Also a great place to workout!
Great family workout place
This CrossFit box has the best community you could ask for. Everyone here supports and encourages each other, creating a truly welcoming and inspiring environment. Sadly, I have to move to another state and can no longer be part of this amazing place, which is honestly the hardest part of leaving. If you live in New Albany and are searching for a great place to work out, this is the one. It’s absolutely the best!
Dropped in to CrossFit New Albany today. I was immediately welcomed by Coach Evan. He talked with me to gauge my experience (I am L2 Coach) and invited me to scale due to a slight back issue. He gave a very good briefing at the white board, discussed scaling options, gave appropriate demonstrations, discussed goals for the WOD and engaged with the entire class. This was a 5 star experience and an obviously well run box. The facility is amazing as well. I will come back when I visit Columbus again! Thank you Coach!!
