Let me first start by saying this gym is one of the best gyms ive ever been too. The coaches here know how to program and create a well rounded workout. The atmosphere is very welcoming a CrossFit gym that welcomes all levels of athletes from beginners to advanced games level . The owners Anthony and Dionne are always around and available for members and visitors. There is no finer than CrossFit Myrtle Beach!
Stopped in for InBody 570 Scan and the owners were so friendly! Building is very clean and they immediately greeted me and helped me out. Additionally, very encouraging and explained all the data. Will be returning.
