As a newbie to the CrossFit world, I definitely had some reservations… I don’t know if I could handle this type of workout lol and are the people that attend all in spartan level shape? I am so thankful I had a friend push me to that first class, I recently joined and have had the best experience. Dropped in during a road trip and had a wonderful experience at CrossFit Billings! The coach, Karisa, was so kind, enthusiastic, and encouraging. I had an awesome Saturday morning partner workout. Great facility, great staff, and great community!
I have been to quite a few a few CrossFit gyms over the years -in between orthopedic survives and issues-and this one is by far the best! I learned more about body positioning and mechanics in their introductory class than I did at all the other gyms I have been to. I am no where near my goal right now-but I have no doubt that this gym and staff WILL get me where I want to be.
